I’m not able to upload my mobile number or more photos
- - Spent $161 on Locanto ads; can't add phone or extra photos.
- - Tried 20 times and emailed Locanto; no fix yet.
- - Wasted $30 on an ad not published.
I have spent $130 on one ad and forgot to add my mobile number and wouldnt accept any other photos except for the one Ive got I want to add my phone number and more photos and it keeps not allowing me doing it Ive tried 20 times. Ive contacted Locanto via email to fix this situation.
Nothings getting done. Ive wasted $30 as well on another ad that hasnt even been published.
Can I please be reimbursed all of my money $161 worth please. Thank you so I can make a whole new ad.

Mostly scam ads
- - Reported 300 ads on Locanto; received threats.
- - Scammers steal photos and post fake ads for gift-card scams, and thousands of fake real estate ads exist.
I've been scam baiting personal ads and real estate ads on Locanto for 4 years in order to shut down scammers.
An ex escort told me how scammers steal pics from websites, create fake ads and post them on Locanto in order to use the "gift card" deposit scam. I have reported 300 ads.
In return I have received 40 threatening phone calls and hundreds of texts threatening my life. (Yawn.)
There are also thousands of fake real estate ads on this site.
A 3 bedroom-2 bath house in San Jose CA renting for $1000?
Apparently these scammers are idiots.
Do yourself a favor.
Stay off of Locanto altogether. Total scam site.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing to you to formally request a deletion of an AD: 777591**** as it is a subject of online harassment and impersonation. My friend had her Telegram ID leaked on this ad by a random stranger online.
She is now a subject of multiple men messaging her on Telegram asking for intimate services that were dishonestly and immorally advertised on your website.
This is a serious offence and this will be further investigated by Latvian police and interpol.
I insist on this query to be addressed ASAP, or further action will be taken. It seems like Locanto does not protect private data of people (not even their customers) and is encouraging illegal activity on their platform, which is utterly unacceptable.
I hope this issue gets resolved quickly as it impacts my friends wellbeing.
