Account is in accessible

I cannot access messages or place an add...when asked to verify my account i use my phone number...a message that it is attached to another account surfaces...this is my only account and this is my phone number. I also re eive messages that i have messages...whe i go to my messages there is nothing there? I am a paying account...i need this fixed.

I paid for my ad to be premium ad and show up on top, highlighted etc. It cost me 1200 php and no response from customer service. My ad has only 6 views in the past 3 days. They are a joke use a different website. Y awaySta
